On offer is accommodation designed to meet the needs of serious (and not so serious) fishers, family gatherings or just a group of friends having a catch up - we have accommodation suiting the largest of groups to smaller groups of people looking forward to enjoying the peace of a seaside stay.

Our properties are all within close proximity to each other so that even the largest groups can be in the same area.

• Seascapes of Stanage: High set home,3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, waterview front patio
• High Peak Views: Top level of high set home, 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, surrounding patios with water views
• High Peak Retreat: Ground floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, outdoor BBQ area
• Sunset Watch: Low set, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, sleepout, water view front patio with BBQ

All our rentals have:

• Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout
• Quality beds and bedding (no bunk beds).
• Huge off street parking for your car, boat and trailers for even the largest groups
• Large fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining areas, BBQ areas, large chest freezers, large fridges, cooktops and ovens
• A large communal filleting area and ice and bait available 24/7 upon request

Located approximately 75km north east of Rockhampton, Stanage Bay is a small township boasting the most beautiful ocean and scenic views.

Your adventure will start on the way to Stanage Bay. The abundance of wildlife along Stanage Road - birds, animals, turtles crossing the road...it's just the start.

Once in Stanage Bay, the ocean views, bush walking, beaches, fishing and socialising will keep you busy yet relaxed.

John and Karen have a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, and a wealth of knowledge of Stanage and its surrounds. Their aim is to make your stay comfortable, informative and memorable. From that first contact with queries about accommodation, to booking, arriving, staying and then, unfortuately having to leave, your stay will be easy.

Stanage Local Area

The Stanage road is an adventure in itself, keep an eye out for the magnificent abundance of birdlife and animals that can be viewed at times. From the odd turtle trying to cross the road to emus, pigs, echidnas and snakes the typical country road. Whilst all the time be aware that it is an unfenced partial gravel road and care should be taken to drive to the conditions with cattle and kangaroos  a constant reminder that you are driving into the carefree lifestyle of Stanage Bay which some refer to it as “THE LAST FRONTIER”

Once crossing the last grid and hitting bitumen again you will find that Stanage is broken up into three villages Alligator Point (Beverly Hills Turn right into Landsberg road approximately 100 mtrs past grid. This area boasts the highest lookout with easy access to some of the prettiest and rarely used beaches you will see. Whether fishing or lazing, alligator bay and spider bay are a must to explore and spend some time on. 4 Smith street is where you will find the OFISHAL UNIT” where you can enjoy the magnificent scenery and get the true readings of our sea breezes.
